On Saturday 29th of August 2026, Rooted Festival invites you for the third edition to step into that world. A place where you can simply be, connect, and experience new ways of being together. Throughout the day, you’ll explore what an inclusive and cohesive society can look and feel like – not just in theory, but in reality. Through conversations, workshops, music, and shared moments, you’ll get a glimpse of what’s possible.

Rooted is more than a festival. It’s an invitation. To reflect, to connect, and to discover how you can help shape the world around you. Because that change starts with us. Step into the future. This year’s line-up includes: Nawa Sira, Oifik Youssefi, Khadija Sabriye, Ahmad Joudeh. With workshops of: Nora Akachar, Zaire Krieger, Kennismakers, Young Hilversummers and many more.

We offer different ticket prices. All tickets include access to the workshops, performances and food during the Festival. We trust you to choose the ticket that best fits your financial capacity. Rooted Festival is a non-profit initiative, depending entirely on subsidies and funds. If any of the ticket options below form a financial barrier for you in attending Rooted Festival, please submit this form (confidentially) and we will find a way together. Everybody is welcome at Rooted Festival, regardless of your financial situation. Below you find further explanation of the different ticket options to decide which one fits you best.

True ticket price: €49,50 for people who can afford the standard price.
Solidarity ticket: €35 for people for whom the true ticket price isn’t feasible right now.
Early Bird ticket: €30 for people for whom the Solidarity ticket price isn’t feasible right now.
Under 25 ticket: €24,50 for people under 25 for whom the Early Ticket ticket isn’t feasible.
Pay it forward ticket: €59,50 for people who can afford to add a small contribution, which directly funds the solidarity tickets for those who need them and helps opening doors for them to join.
